Rosette update featuring WordProof

As many of you have noticed, there are several tasks on Effect Force by Rosette.AI. Stay tuned over the coming weeks for extensive updates about all things Rosette.AI! Here is update #1

Rosette.AI, utilizing TEN (The Effect Network), is currentlytranslating the WordProof Timestamp plugin! That’s right! Rosette.AI, the first 3rd party application built on top of TEN, has already begun translating text and voice.

Rosette.AI’s debut into translating content is featuring the WordProof Timestamp plugin. WordPress plugins extend the functionality of websites and add cool features to them. The WordProof Timestamp plugin allows content creators to prove ownership of their content, by timestamping it on the blockchain. Content creators around the world can benefit from this service, as well as their audiences. WordProof is an incredible way to connect everyone together with authentic, verifiable content. Rosette.AI will be able to give WordProof the ability to offer its Timestamp plugin service in many languages. To give you a little perspective on how big this service is, Brendan Blumer, Co-Founder, and CEO of Block.One has been quoted:

This step of translating WordProof’s Timestamp plugin is just the beginning of many projects on WordPress that Rosette.AI is poised to provide services for. WordProof Timestamp is also available on other platforms like Joomla! with WooCommerce and Drupal support coming soon.

Rosette.AI is already shaping up to be much more than just text translations for WordPress content. In fact, the entire team behind Rosette.AI has discovered a new, very lucrative market for translations and transcriptions. Ever heard of YouTube? Organizations, governments, influencers, students… basically, everyone these days has a YouTube account and if you’re not posting videos you’re watching them. YouTube content creators from all over the world upload their videos and content every second of every day. According to Social Blade, as of 2018, there were more than 23 million active Youtube channels out there. Everyone single one of these content creators wants to gain a larger reach with more views and more subscribers.

With so many languages spoken all over the world, content creators have always struggled with connecting to a larger, global audience. Viewers from around the world connect with content that they can understand. Utilizing the power of human intelligence from Effect Force, Rosette.AI bridges this gap and provides a way for all YouTube content to be translated into several different languages to supply YouTube videos with perfectly transcribed captions in 10’s of languages. It’s no secret that the SEO game is strong within not only YouTube but also on any web search engine. When the content on YouTube has accurate transcriptions, in more languages than just English, that content is precisely identifiable and included in relevant search queries. Very soon we will see many YouTube content creators using Rosette.AI to tap into new markets with their new and existing content.

Rosette.AI has been showcasing its ability to offer video transcription, captioning and translations for YouTube videos. State of the DApps

Effect.AI is now listed on the State of the DApps! Track the progress of daily active users and transactions of the EFX token and several other dApps across several blockchains.

State of the DApps was created in 2015 solely focusing on Ethereum DApps, as the DApps space grew, the site opened up to other blockchains. In June 2017, 325 DApps were listed, and now, as of October 2019 3k+ DApps (including abandoned ones which were once live). State of the DApps focuses on being an informative and educative platform for showcasing decentralised applications built on various blockchains and consolidating objective and honest data on these DApps and their activities.

Re-opening of the EFX Token Swap

Since the start of the EFX Token Swap in March a great majority of tokens has been moved to the EOS blockchain. At the time of writing over 70% of the circulating supply in EFX has been migrated: a great achievement from the community!

For token holders that did miss the migration, the swap portal will re-open for a limited time on Friday October 31st, 12:30 CET. The portal will remain open for several weeks and can be found here: https://swap.effect.ai. Don’t miss your chance to swap :)

Emerging Horizons webinar with Olivier Rikken

On the 17th of October, Effect.AI CTO Jesse Eisses was a guest on the live webinar Emerging Horizons hosted by Olivier Rikken. It was an interactive webinar with many good questions asked by viewers in real-time.

Jesse spoke about advancements in AI, the phases of TEN (The Effect Network), tradeable job-based contracts, Effect Force, and the EOS blockchain. For those of you who missed the live episode, you can view the replay here

Mayor of Beijing, Chen Jining, visits Effect.AI Office

The Mayor of Beijing and his delegation were at Startup Village in Amsterdam Science Park in mid-October. They stopped by the Effect.AI office, where the team was able to meet with them and speak to the Mayor about Effect.AI and it’s offerings.
